This Palm Sunday, join us for a powerful and uplifting exploration of Activated Hope—a hope that is more than wishful thinking—that’s actually the foundation for higher possibilities to grow. Through a metaphorical lens, we’ll look at the traditional story and discover how it points us toward a living, breathing spiritual practice.
You’ll be invited into a meaningful, hands-on experience to integrate the powers of Faith, Love, and Strength, to:
- See beyond current conditions and anchor in Truth
- Align with the magnetic power of Love
- Step forward with courage, persistence, and purpose
Come ready to be inspired and empowered to co-create a life—and a world—rooted in possibility, purpose, and peace.

We continue our study this week of Brene Brown's book, Braving the Wilderness by exploring what it means to experience real connection. We'll look at her bold claim that if we want to heal division, we must learn to hold hands with strangers. We'll discover why proximity dissolves the illusion that we are separate. Rev. Victoria will share her experience of "collective effervescence" then ask anyone who is willing, to share theirs.

Continuing our exploration of Brene Brown's book, Braving the Wilderness, our focus this Sunday will center on the concepts in Chapter 5: Speak Truth to BS. Be Civil. While these ideas seem paradoxical, we'll see how they actually work together to help create deeper connections, even when it's difficult. Rev. Victoria will also share her experience walking with the Faithful Resistance group in Washington DC and a real life opportunity to put these principles into practice, which led to a deeper spiritual perspective.

A spiritual calling is a deep inner sense that you are meant for a specific purpose, often involving service, personal growth, and alignment with a higher power or divine will, felt as a persistent longing or conviction to do something meaningful beyond everyday life. It’s a personal journey, a “higher calling”; that uses your talents and passions to find fulfillment, guiding you toward a more significant role in the world, whether through faith, career, or creative expression.

Together we’ll explore how to stay anchored in our spiritual truth—and in the awareness that we are part of Universal Love—no matter what’s showing up in the world around us. We’ll draw inspiration from courageous voices who are standing up and speaking their truth. Then, we’ll discover how giving ourselves permission to live our full authentic self allows us to truly “brave the wilderness.” Come be reminded of who you are and what you’re here to embody.

All month we have been exploring our "inner vision", listening to Divine guidance, trusting that guidance, etc. These are all aspects of the Power of Faith. This week we'll dig a little deeper into what Faith really is and how we can develop it. With an "activated" power of Faith we may then access that "substance of things not seen" and, working in cooperation with spiritual laws, realize "our power to do the seemingly impossible," as Charles Fillmore indicated. Rev. Victoria will weave in the journey of the walking Buddhist Monks and how they are demonstrating the power of activated Faith.

In Unity, we remember a powerful truth: we are not separate from the Divine — Spirit lives as us. The Divine expresses through our gifts, our creativity, and the things that bring us alive.
When we listen to what lights us up, we’re not being self-indulgent — we’re being spiritually attentive. Joy isn’t a distraction from our path; it’s a compass guiding us deeper into who we are meant to be.
This week, we’re inviting you to take home The Dream of You — a simple, one-minute daily practice designed to help you reconnect with joy as guidance. You’ll receive an affirmation card, a short practice you can do anytime, and a gentle seven-day joy journey for January.
It takes just one minute a day, yet it can powerfully remind you that you are not separate from the Divine — you are its living expression.
We invite you to begin today.
Because joy isn’t something to earn — it’s something to remember.
