Art and Life and Peace
Speaker: Rev. Victoria Loveland-Coen

Art - all its forms, whether visual art, poetry, drama, or music has the ability to touch us deeply because it speaks to the human condition and the challenges we all face navigating this complex world of joys, love, triumph, pain, fear and heartbreak.

Art can also help us see possibilities of healing we might not have seen, and it can give us a vision of what might be possible for us if we open our heart.  This Sunday Rev. Victoria shares one example of how art can open a pathway to peace.

The Ocean As a Wave
Speaker: Rev. Victoria Loveland-Coen

The oceans inspire us by their vastness, power, beauty and consistency.  And just as the ocean expresses itself as individual waves, so are we individual expressions in a sea of Infinite Consciousness.  This Sunday, inspired by the ceaseless movement of the oceans, we begin an exploration of consciousness, and how the material world flows from consciousness, and not the other way around. We'll look at communication that is happening in a way we previously thought was impossible, and see how recent new studies are starting to shake things up.

The Love that Shaped Me
Speaker: Rev. Victoria Loveland-Coen
This Mother’s Day at Unity Center of Peace, we’ll reflect on the many ways our mothers—whether through their words, actions, or silences—have shaped who we are. You’ll be invited to recall something your mother said (or didn’t say), a behavior she modeled, or a moment of encouragement that created a lasting, positive impact. Even difficult or painful experiences may have helped you cultivate inner strengths or essential qualities that serve you today.

Those who feel moved will be invited to share a brief reflection at the microphone. And all are welcome to bring a photo of your mother to place on our community altar during this special service.

And flowers will be given to all who have served in a nurturing role of any kind.

Small Steps, Big Impact
Speaker: Rev. Victoria Loveland-Coen

We talk a lot about quantum growth at Unity Center of Peace -- this idea of a giant leap or sudden huge expansion of growth or evolution of consciousness. But quantum growth doesn't occur while we're sitting back waiting for it. It happens when we're moving forward, taking incremental steps toward the desired outcome. This Sunday we'll look at how small shifts can lead to quantum impact.

The Reflection Point... Awakening the 12 Powers
Speaker: Oswaldo Mora

There is a sacred moment in every soul’s journey—an inner still point where time dissolves, and what once appeared random begins to reveal its divine design. This is the Reflection Point.

In this Sunday’s message, we will enter this luminous threshold, where the soul becomes aware of its eternal dance with creation. From this place of conscious presence, the Twelve Powers taught by Unity no longer remain hidden potential—they rise within as living intelligences of Spirit, ready to be expressed.

We will explore how this center—the place between movement and stillness, between surrender and activation—is where the Christ within awakens. And from there, the symbol of infinity is no longer a metaphor… but a lived truth.

Come prepared to remember, reflect, and realign.

Waking Up
Speaker: Rev. Victoria Loveland-Coen

In many cultures and traditions stories abound of humans or gods who have fallen asleep, or fallen under a spell, and later awakened to a superpower, or their Spiritual Self, or another life. It can reflect the change of seasons - what appears dead in winter reawakens in spring. Or the Easter story of death of the human self and resurrection into a heavenly being.  This Sunday we'll explore what this sleep, or spell, might be and how we can awaken to a life of true peace, love and happiness.

Embracing Our Wholeness
Speaker: Rev. Victoria Loveland-Coen
This Sunday we'll continue our exploration of Robert Brumet's book, Birthing a Greater Reality: A Guide for Conscious Evolution.  Rev. Victoria will briefly share some of the author's ideas for bringing ourselves back to wholeness, but wants to reserve most of the time for a special activity. In light of Jean Houston's mystical experience shared last Sunday, she is inviting you to share your experiences of sudden awakening to oneness. These can be full mystical moments and cosmic consciousness experiences, or moments where it just all came together for you and you realized the Divine was infusing everything with harmony and love.

A Case of Mistaken Identity
Speaker: Rev. Victoria Loveland-Coen

We are continuing our journey of Birthing a Greater Reality, inspired by the book of the same name by Robert Brumet. This week we explore identity -- who we think we are and behave in the world, and then, who we really are. We look at what gets in the way of knowing and connecting with our true essence, and begin to open to the realm of the Universal Self so that Spirit can be fully realized as us.
