This Sunday we kick off our six-week series inspired by Braving the Wilderness with a powerful talk: Permission to Be Love. Together we’ll explore how to stay anchored in our spiritual truth—and in the awareness that we are part of Universal Love—no matter what’s showing up in the world around us. We’ll draw inspiration from courageous voices who are standing up and speaking their truth. Then, we’ll discover how giving ourselves permission to live our full authentic self allows us to truly “brave the wilderness.” Come be reminded of who you are and what you’re here to embody.

All month we have been exploring our "inner vision", listening to Divine guidance, trusting that guidance, etc. These are all aspects of the Power of Faith. This week we'll dig a little deeper into what Faith really is and how we can develop it. With an "activated" power of Faith we may then access that "substance of things not seen" and, working in cooperation with spiritual laws, realize "our power to do the seemingly impossible," as Charles Fillmore indicated. Rev. Victoria will weave in the journey of the walking Buddhist Monks and how they are demonstrating the power of activated Faith.

In Unity, we remember a powerful truth: we are not separate from the Divine — Spirit lives as us. The Divine expresses through our gifts, our creativity, and the things that bring us alive.
When we listen to what lights us up, we’re not being self-indulgent — we’re being spiritually attentive. Joy isn’t a distraction from our path; it’s a compass guiding us deeper into who we are meant to be.
This week, we’re inviting you to take home The Dream of You — a simple, one-minute daily practice designed to help you reconnect with joy as guidance. You’ll receive an affirmation card, a short practice you can do anytime, and a gentle seven-day joy journey for January.
It takes just one minute a day, yet it can powerfully remind you that you are not separate from the Divine — you are its living expression.
We invite you to begin today.
Because joy isn’t something to earn — it’s something to remember.

Last week, in our White Stone Service, we stepped into the New Year with intention. This week we take that key and see how it might unlock a larger vision that will continue to grow through our lives. A clear, compelling Spirit-inspired vision helps us navigate through difficulties, gives us direction and inspires us. This Sunday Rev. Victoria will share how embracing a clear vision helps us live an authentic and meaningful life.

Last week we released what was preventing us from living life fully with our Burning Bowl Service. By doing this, we created a space for new possibilities to grow. What possibilities will take root and grow for you in 2026? It starts with a "word." This Sunday we'll be guided to receive a word or phrase from our inner wisdom that will become our "white stone word". This word, whispered from the deepest place in our soul, will inform our spiritual path and set the stage for the coming year. You will then be invited to write your word on a sacred White Stone that will become a tangible focus point as you move into the year with intention.
The White Stone service is always a favorite, so be sure to get there early to get a good seat!

Join Unity Center of Peace this holiday season for our annual Burning Bowl Ceremony at 11:00am on Sunday, December 28th, a cherished tradition focused on release and renewal. Participants will write old patterns or limiting beliefs on flash paper and place them into a shared flame, symbolizing letting go and creating space for greater joy, clarity, and purpose. This powerful group ritual, enhanced by the energy of Supernova Sunday, offers an uplifting way to clear the past and step into the New Year with a higher vision.

Just as a seed germinates in the darkness of fertile soil, and an embryo develops into a baby within the silent darkness of the mother's womb, so we may see these longer nights as an opportunity to germinate new ideas, new possibilities of good. As these ideas gather strength in the sacred darkness, they have the power to birth into a new experience - a world we want to live in. This Sunday Rev. Victoria will help us explore the sacredness of the season and how we can be an "incubator of light".

You are a unique expression of God. You offer gifts that no one else can. Your purpose is to let that divine life show through real, concrete actions. When you move from head to heart and sit with the question “what is mine to do,” you align with the highest good for yourself, for others, and for the world.
