Pre-Service Meditation

Beginning Jan 2025 Unity Center of Peace will offer a pre-service, silent, 20-min meditation (in the Chapel) starting at 10:30. Jamie and Ellen Cohen will be creating the space and setting the tone for the experience, but the meditation you do is your own. So if your practice is Mindfulness, Transcendental Meditation, Vipassana meditation, or you just want to be in the silence with loving people, you'll want to come to UCP early and join in. You can also bring headphones and listen to your favorite guided meditation. Afterwards you'll have 10 minutes to meet and greet UCP friends and get a good seat for the 11:00 service.
