If I asked you to recognize and name all of your positive qualities right now, how would you do? Would that be easy for you, or would it be easier to name all the things that need improvement? It's a challenging exercise for most people. But if we don't recognize ourselves and love ourselves, we're only half living. This Valentine's Day as we express our love to those we love, let's shower some of that love upon ourselves too.
