DESCRIPTION:Unity Center of Peace offers a pre-service\, silent\, 20-min me
 ditation (in the Chapel) starting at 10:30. \nWe create the space and set 
 the tone for the experience\, but the meditation you do is your own. So if
  your practice is Mindfulness\, Transcendental Meditation\, Vipassana medi
 tation\, or you just want to be in the silence with loving people\, you'll
  want to come to UCP early and join in. You can also bring headphones and 
 listen to your favorite guided meditation. Afterwards you'll have 10 minut
 es to meet and greet UCP friends and get a good seat for the 11:00 service
 .
